This is Choate Construction’s third project for the tech powerhouse company Red Ventures. This phase of the corporate campus features a striking five-story, 200,000-SF office building complete with a beer garden, bowling alley, and cafeteria. A 5,000-SF connector attaches to the previously-constructed corporate office. This facility is LEED registered with a certification goal of certified.
A majority of the interior space is comprised of conference rooms, open office area, elevated terraces, and unique asymmetrical atrium space on each level. Six-inch raised flooring allows for the extensive cabling needed to support the office’s operations.
Bonitz provided the raised access flooring, all the floor finishes, specialty wood ceilings, and custom wall guards. The ceilings featured 2x2 wood-look ceiling tiles, ceiling baffles for visual impact and to soften acoustics, and a concealed grid with Woodworks Vector ceiling tiles.
