Self Regional Healthcare

The Self Regional Healthcare Support Services Building is a new 65,000 SF, 4-story office building for administrative functions that were previously dispersed throughout the campus. The design challenge for the building was to create a clean, unified environment for all staff, but to provide each department with a sense of place and identity. The open office plan, exposed ceiling, and expanse of perimeter glass offered minimal opportunity for identity on the vertical and ceiling surfaces.

The solution incorporates strategic color accents in the flooring which varies from department to department. The flooring pattern, color ways, and installation are carefully specified to create a unified, organized, holistic design aesthetic throughout the varying department suites. The linear quality of the flooring pattern provides visual interest while supporting the architectural and interior design integrity.
